Travis Lynk brings over 15 years of experience in business operations, real estate, and platform scaling, with a focus on performance management and operational execution across distributed portfolios.

At SFR3 Fund, one of the largest private single-family real estate platforms in the United States, Travis led performance management for a 10,000-home portfolio spanning acquisition, renovation, and leasing across multiple markets. His work focused on optimizing operational efficiency and driving portfolio-level performance.

Earlier in his career, Travis played a key role in Uber’s expansion across the Southeastern United States, leading city operations and regional growth initiatives. He later joined the founding team of Buckle, an InsurTech company serving rideshare drivers, where he helped develop and launch a novel vehicle insurance product. He began his career in management consulting with Accenture and completed a fellowship with TechnoServe in West Africa, advising small enterprises on growth and operational strategy.

Travis holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
