Mark Brambell brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, surveying, and large-scale land development, with a focus on infrastructure execution and residential community development.

He began his career in the New York metropolitan area, working as a Senior Survey Technician and Design Engineer on major infrastructure projects, including the Williamsburg and Brooklyn Bridges, as well as the Lincoln and PATH tunnels.

Mark later transitioned into large-scale community development, where he has overseen the design and installation of roads, utilities, and residential infrastructure across thousands of acres and multiple communities. His work has included the development of thousands of residential units, extensive roadway systems, golf amenities, and full-service marina facilities.

He holds a degree in Geo Surveying from the Technological University in Dublin, Ireland.
