Bobby Masters has more than three decades of experience developing and operating highly amenitized master-planned communities, with a focus on large-scale residential and resort-oriented environments.

Over the course of his career, Bobby has led development and sales activities across more than 15 communities encompassing over 25,000 acres and 30,000 residential units. His experience spans all phases of development, including land acquisition, planning and permitting, infrastructure development, vertical construction, and the creation and operation of club and hospitality amenities.

He has overseen operations across a wide range of asset types, including golf courses, clubhouses, marinas, hospitality venues, and homeowner associations. Bobby holds degrees in accounting and law from the University of South Carolina and is an active member of the South Carolina Bar.
